We need to make a few updates to the security model.

There needs to be a difference between "can access" and "is populated in the Mainstream view."
The nav page and the channel access page both have several bugs.
There should be a color difference between public channels and private channels.
There should be an LLM-powered feature to "guess" what a quote's source and meaning are.
