right now the plan looks like:
- Mar 11-14 - Atacama sprint. Fix "channel access" rules, improve some of the display, and (maybe) get some of the long-rumored LLM features working
- Mar 17-21 - the new project. Probably codename "Orinoco". What that means, is still being defined.
