A pleasant surprise for myself when I hit the road. My moderate running pace was a 7 minute mile. Perhaps the new shoes are effective.
I adjust the session and start running again. Now a 5 minute mile pace. My heart rate is 170, but that is still a pace too fast to be believed.
🌎 I had adjusted my watch from "miles" to "公斤" last week. But, with the foot injury, had forgotten I had done so.
After a week off, it was still a pleasant pace. But not a miracle.
