survivor 47, season finale, part 1

tonight, on survivor: Rachel wins. it is obvious enough that, if there were spoilers that she didn't win, i would have seen the tumult.

but we get 2 hours of show. one challenge, a second challenge ⚙️( since season 35, they have had fire-making instead of a final-4 vote-off), and the jury portion of the show.

the first challenge arrives quickly. it feels like every other challenge 🔥( that is: like half the challenges (every other one) ).

go through an obstacle course, then solve the puzzle. and, first, get muddy.

in the middle there is a word jumble. the clue is It's what you need to do

and now: two adults struggle to cut a rope.

⚔️ well, actually, considering they have been starving for 3 weeks, it is a very acceptable performance.

to no great surprise, Rachel wins. Jeff Probst makes a big deal of "tied for most immunity wins by a woman". because it is his job.
