I made a mistake in a recent tarot reading.
What I did: I drew three cards from the tarot deck, shuffled them, and assigned them to three index cards with words written on them.
What I should have done: drawn nine tarot cards in three sets of three, shuffled each set, used the first card from each set to assign the other two to an index card, and then randomly selected one tarot card of the two for each card.
